The 3-Axis ±3g Accelerometer Breakout Board (ADXL335) uses the popular 3 axis ADXL335 chip from Analog Devices to provide linear acceleration output of up to ±3g on three axes.
This triple axis MEMS accelerometer offers extremely low noise and power consumption. Board comes fully assembled and tested with external components installed. The included 0.1uF capacitors preconfigure the bandwidth of each axis to 50 Hz. There is no onboard 3.3 V regulation so input voltage should be between 1.8 and 3.6 VDC. The specific pinout makes it directly compatible with a shield-compatible Arduino, with no need for additional wiring or components.
