Joshs Frogs Roach Food is not intended to make up more than 80% of your roachs food intake - be sure to feed alongside fruits and/or veggies! Joshs Frogs Roach Rations contains 15% protein. How to Use: Feed Joshs Frogs Roach Rations daily. Start with smaller amounts, then work your way up so that you dont accidentally overfeed. Ideally, there should always be at least a small amount of food in the enclosure and you should only need to feed two to three times a week. If food becomes wet and molds, dispose of immediately. When fed properly, food should last for days in the enclosure.
