Lower the window and protect the surrounding painted and glass surfaces when necessary. Use the included pry tool to carefully loosen and remove the original molding. Remove any remaining clips, dirt, or debris from the mounting area. Align the replacement molding with the correct door and mounting points. Press evenly along the molding until it is fully and securely seated. Raise and lower the window to confirm smooth movement and proper contact with the sealing edge. Do not use excessive force during removal or installation. If the molding does not seat correctly, stop and recheck its position and alignment.
